projects for self-sufficiency and economic empowerment
  • 2021-10-26

We are continuing our projects for self-sufficiency and economic empowerment of needy families to make a self-dependence society. ---------------------------------- Small projects are one of the ways of self-sufficiency and self-reliance far from waiting for aid and assistance. That is why * Jannati Foundation for Development * sought to find sustainable projects that help the poor people by supporting them financially and encouraging them to work and achieve self-sufficiency for them that suffices them from asking and humiliating the need!! With the generous funding from the philanthropists, the Foundation implemented the “Tamkeen Project”, which aimed to support 9 needy families in the Capital Municipality on sewing machines and fabrics projects. Contribute to improving their livelihoods, and the project targeted women because they are the main member in the advancement of their family and society. Ms. Saba Al-Ansi praised her saying (that empowering women economically is considered empowering their family and society, and that financing the family with sustainable projects has a positive impact on achieving financial stability for the family, away from providing direct aid, which ends quickly). This was expressed thanks and gratitude to the philanthropists lovers for the wonderful humanitarian and development gesture for this poor class of society and the achievement of social solidarity. One of the beneficiaries of the project expressed her by saying (I own the sewing craft from my mother and wished to own a machine to open my own project, which would suffice me and my family., But because of the difficult physical circumstances that we pass because of salaries and rising prices lost hope in that I have a machine and I have a dream, but God is capable of everything. By the grace of God Almighty, he made fun of *Jannati for Development Foundation* to realize the dreams of poor people. Today, I own the machine and fabrics to achieve self-sufficiency for my family. I thank God Almighty and I thank the Foundation’s management, shareholders, supporters and all workers for these projects)
